Excessive vaginal discharge (Leucorrhoea) is a common cause of referral to primary care or gynecology clinic. It is very common in women of reproductive age group, sexually active women and those with poor genital hygiene. Majority of women bear the problems silently without seeking advice and treatment. It is due to disturbance in the normal bacterial flora of vagina.
